Call the Midwife star Olly Rix tipped for Casualty role

Call the Midwife star Olly Rix is reportedly being lined up to star in Casualty.

The actor exited the BBC drama earlier in 2024 after three years, as his character Matthew Aylward departed for New York.

However, according to The Sun Olly has now joined Casualty, with the actor reportedly set to play a surgeon in the BBC soap. While further details are under wraps, the actor will apparently make his debut on the show next year.
