Sunny’s court hearing goes terribly wrong when she gets shot by the dangerous drug gang. When Rash finds out about the shocking incident, he feels guilty and vows to save Sunny’s life.

At the ED, Sunny’s son and sister arrive and are furious with Rash for reporting her to the police and beginning this chain of events. Meanwhile, Sunny is scared for the safety of her loved ones so finally decides to tell the police what she knows about the gang.

2. Iain has much to think about

Iain is first on the scene to treat Sunny in the court room, and the scenario makes him think about how people let drugs bring chaos into their lives. Meanwhile, Faith tells Stevie that her incorrect accusation against Jacob has changed everything for her marriage and that Iain won’t talk to her now.

Stevie encourages Iain to talk to his wife, but he isn’t interested in making amends. He later runs out of the ED, overwhelmed by how drugs have caused chaos in the hospital. Is there a way forward for Iain and Faith, and will an unexpected phone call complicate things further?

3. Goodbye Ngozi

Nicole is left stunned when she finds out that today is Ngozi’s last day at work before she moves back to Nigeria with Obi. She agrees to come to the surprise party (that Ngozi already knows about), but she is faced with some very difficult emotions about her ex’s departure.

The pair work well together while treating a patient, but this makes things more tricky for Nicole, and she tells Siobhan that she’ll find it too painful to go to Ngozi’s leaving drinks. Will Nicole change her mind, or will she miss the chance to say goodbye to Ngozi?

4. Dylan expresses concerns

Flynn is late for work yet again, which Dylan notices, and it is clear that he hasn’t been home in a few days. After finding out about his traumatic past, Dylan is concerned about his colleague and consults Stevie – but Stevie assures him that sleeping around is just Flynn’s coping mechanism.

Dylan decides to bite the bullet and confront Flynn, but how will he react?

5. Cam and Indie grow closer

Cam plucks up the courage to ask Indie if she wants to get some food together after Ngozi’s party.
